Andy Michalik

Andy Michalik has a diverse work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Andy is currently working as the VP of Procurement at Valentine Enterprises, Inc. Prior to this, they took a sabbatical in 2019 to focus on learning and completed several books on personal and professional development. Before their sabbatical, Andy served as the Vice President of Procurement at Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS) where they improved supplier engagement, negotiated rebates and supply agreements, and achieved inventory reduction. Andy also created a procurement KPI dashboard. Andy worked at Isagenix as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain, where they implemented a reduced lead time program, achieved cost savings, and managed outsourced packaging. Earlier in their career, they served as the Senior Purchasing Manager at Isagenix and the Supply Chain Manager at Wisdom Natural Brands.

Andy Michalik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. In February 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
