Chibuzo Egonu has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as an Operations Coordinator at VALENZ Holdings Limited since September 2015. In this role, Chibuzo excels at managing daily workflows to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards for safety, performance, and service quality, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and service excellence. Prior experience includes an Operations Intern position where Chibuzo developed a Key Performance Indicator visual display that enhanced goal-setting for operations reports and received positive feedback. Chibuzo's journey in quality control began at Geoservices from September 2012 to February 2013, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growth in the field.
