Jennifer Stephens is the Senior Vice President of People at Valeo Groupe Americas. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Jennifer started their career at Kennedy Covington, a law firm, in 1998 as the Professional Development and Recruiting Coordinator. In 2006, they became the HR Generalist and Recruiter at Crosland. From 2011 to 2012, Jennifer was the HR/Benefits Administrator at Cirrus Medical Staffing. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Lionel LLC. And in 2017, they became the Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Northwood Ravin.

Jennifer Stephens has an associates degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Butler County Community College.
