Aldin Lenjinac has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aldin is currently employed at Valeo Groupe Americas as the Culinary Director at Vineyard Johns Creek. Prior to this, they worked at Cascadia of Nampa where they held the position of Director of Hospitality from March 2021 to October 2021, and the role of Director of Culinary Services from October 2017 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at St. Luke's Health System as a Team Leader from October 2011 to October 2017.
Aldin Lenjinac began their education at the College of Western Idaho from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services. Aldin then attended the University of North Dakota from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services. Although they did not complete a degree at the University of North Dakota, they gained valuable knowledge in the field during this time. Currently, Aldin is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at South University, with an anticipated graduation year of 2024.
In addition to their formal education, Aldin has acquired certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Aldin became a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM-CFPP) through the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) in January 2017. Furthermore, they obtained a ServSafe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association in October 2014. These certifications demonstrate Aldin's dedication to continuous learning and development in their field.
