Heather Rivers

Heather Rivers is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in environmental compliance and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Valero Energy Corporation since October 2015, Heather previously held roles as an Environmental Engineer and an ESSH Unit Support Engineer at Ascend Performance Materials, specializing in air emission accounting. Early career experiences include a Lab Analyst Intern position at Advanced Environmental Laboratories and an Environmental Intern role at SCS Aquaterra, along with a Lab Assistant role at the University of Florida, where Heather focused on potential concerns related to ammoniated fly ash and cement kiln dust.
