James Griggs

James Griggs has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Refinery HR at Valero Energy Corporation since June 2019, James previously worked as a Senior Labor Relations Specialist at Chevron from May 2009 to June 2019. Academically, James holds a Master of Business Administration from Waynesburg University, obtained between 1995 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, awarded from 1987 to 1990.
