Viv Shayne

Viv Shayne has a diverse work experience that includes various roles and responsibilities. In 2012, they worked as a Business Development Manager and Trainer at Australia Wide First Aid for three years. From 2016 to 2019, they gained experience as a Process Technician at PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson. In 2019, they worked as a Process Engineer at Teleflex Medical OEM. Viv then joined Regeneron in 2020 and served as a Validation Specialist, focusing on CTU Continuing Qualification and Lab Initial Qualification. Their most recent role was at ValGenesis, where they worked as a Project Lead and later promoted to a Senior Project Lead responsible for Implementation in Europe.

Viv Shayne has pursued an education in engineering, specializing in Process and Engineering Management, at Limerick Institute of Technology. They have also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Munster Technological University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Viv has obtained certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, Intermediate" from the Irish Ambulance Training Institute in 2011.
