In 1985, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of St. Joseph. Peter then pursued further education at George Mason University's School of Business in 1985-1986, focusing on various programming and computer science courses related to Management Information Systems. From 1986 to 2012, Peter took various accounting, programming, and computer science courses at Northern Virginia Community College. In 1989, they earned an MBA degree in Finance from Virginia Tech. Additionally, they attended the USDA Graduate School in 1992-1993 to study foreign languages. Furthermore, Peter obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions Program from Harvard Business School in May 2022.
