Peter Shortsleeves

Peter Shortsleeves is the current Chief Financial Officer at ValidaTek. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at UEC Electronics from January 2011 to June 2013. Peter was responsible for the strategic development, management, and leadership of the corporation, which resulted in the transformation of a $10 million company into an organization with a final sales value of $35.7 million. Peter also led the Accounting & Finance, IT, Contracts and HR departments, and appraised the organization's financial position, and prepared and issued periodic financial and operating reports.

Peter Shortsleeves has an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech, various accounting and computer science courses from Northern Virginia Community College, foreign languages from the USDA Graduate School, and management information systems from George Mason University. Peter also has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of St. Joseph and a certification from Harvard Business School in mergers and acquisitions.

They work with Lauren Bediako - VP, Corporate Operations, Megan Findlay Bailey - Senior Director, PMO, and Saad Zarhloul - VP, Federal Civilian Accounts. Peter Shortsleeves reports to Said Rachidi, CEO.
