Ruchika Kotian

Ruchika Kotian is an experienced Lead Product Designer with a strong background in user experience and interface design, currently working at Validere since June 2022, and previously held similar positions at Rivian and Mojio. Ruchika has a proven track record of conducting customer research, prototyping, and improving customer experience tools and processes. Other noteworthy roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Heard It From A Friend and in user experience design at One Less Thing LLC, Axesspass, and Constellation Brands, where Ruchika contributed to designing innovative applications and strategies for scalable business models.
