Keith Burns

Keith Burns has held a number of positions in the technology field over the past 30 years. In 1990, they began their career as an Application Architect for Electronic Data Systems. In 2000, they became the CTO of IndiaConnection.com, a start-up company offering same day delivery of office products. From 2001 to 2006, they were a Senior Development Manager for The Cobalt Group, where they ran the Service Platform team and managed the technical delivery of real-time B2B integration between Cobalt and major OEMs. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Engineering Manager at RenewData, responsible for creating and maintaining software used to extract, manage and deliver data to clients. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Director of Software Development and QA at Fiserv, where they created the eStatements Platform and implemented an Agile development process. From 2011 to 2018, they were the Director at PayPal, where they managed the core consumer web experiences utilized by PayPal's nearly 250 million consumer accounts. From 2020 to 2022, they were the VP of Engineering at Noteworth. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering at Validic.

Keith Burns obtained a BS in MIS from the University of Arizona between 1985 and 1989. Keith also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI), which they obtained in March 2007.
