Ivan Karpov

Ivan Karpov has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ivan started their career as a Help Desk Support at JSC Metrocom in December 2006 and transitioned into an Account Manager role in November 2008, which they held until September 2012. Following this, they worked as a Technician at Twiner LTD from June 2014 to October 2015, where they were responsible for PC, laptop, printer, and mobile phone repairs. Ivan then joined Music Lab LTD in October 2015 as an IT Helpdesk, where they performed tasks such as server installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. In May 2017, they became an Integration Engineer at Ezugi, where they managed integration processes for Ezugi and client API's, conducted integration tests, and provided client assistance. Ivan'smost recent role is as a Jewelry eCommerce Support Specialist at Valigara Online Jewelry Manager, where they started in July 2019.

Ivan Karpov started their education in 2006 at ITMO University, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering. Ivan studied there until 2012. Following this, in 2013, Ivan attended John Bryce College for a year, earning a degree in Technician MCSA/E. Most recently, from 2016 onwards, Ivan has been studying at HackerU, focusing on Internet Marketing to obtain an Engineer’s degree.
