Andrea R.

Andrea R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrea started their career as a Membership Outreach Fellow at the Alliance for Justice, where they assisted in content migration and implemented a CMS. Andrea then worked as a Regional Field Director for Hillary Clinton for President, managing regional offices and overseeing staff and volunteers. Andrea went on to work at the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) as the Programs & Special Projects Coordinator & AR Manager, where they directed vendor selection and oversaw the implementation and migration of multiple systems into a single CRM. Andrea also improved company efficiency by creating and maintaining company-wide standard operating procedures.

After that, Andrea worked at the American Geophysical Union as the Manager of Database Services, leading the replacement of a homegrown CRM with an enterprise solution. Andrea then joined 20twenty Strategic Consulting as the Director of Professional Services & Project Management, delivering software implementation projects for nonprofit clients.

Andrea's experience in the startup world includes roles at Bunker as a Product Manager, where they managed product development and delivery, and at BOLD PENGUIN as a Product Operations Manager, where they established and managed a product development life cycle. Andrea also worked at Curology as a Manager, Product Operations, where they built a Product Operations organization and managed product launch planning.

Most recently, Andrea joined Galway Consulting LLC as an Independent Consultant, delivering large-scale projects across North America and providing expertise in Salesforce and netFORUM Enterprise. Andrea is currently working at Valimail as the Director of Product Operations and Ownership.

Andrea R. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College. In addition to their degree, they have acquired various certifications including Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Cloud from Atlassian in November 2023, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2020, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2016, and Quality Service from the Disney Institute in 2014.
