My Nguyen

My Nguyen has extensive work experience in customer support and success roles. Starting in 1991 at Netmanage, Inc., they worked as a Customer Support Engineer and later became a Customer Support Manager. My then moved to Actuate Corp. (now OpenText) in 1997, where they held various roles, including Senior Customer Support Engineer and Director of Customer Support. My Nguyen also set up a customer support center in Shanghai and successfully implemented a customer-facing knowledge base. My joined Centrify Corporation in 2015 as the Sr. Director of Customer Support, responsible for managing a global customer support team. My continued their career at Wavefront® by VMware®, where they served as VP of Customer Success and Support, ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption. My'snext role was VP of Customer Success and Support at Winmore, where they led customer success, support, and professional services teams. Most recently, My Nguyen worked as the Director of Customer Support at SafetyChain Software before joining Valimail as the Director of Product Support in 2021.

My Nguyen has a B.S. in Business Administration with a field of study in Information Resources Management from San Jose State University. My also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
