Roger Cooke

Roger Cooke currently serves as Principal Investigator at Phoenix Group of Virginia since August 2023. In addition, Roger Cooke has held the position of Safety Analyst at Valkyrie Enterprises since June 2018, providing oversight for the CNRMC contract and leading training initiatives for project team members. Previous experience includes serving as a Training Consultant 3 at McKean Defense Group from January 2012 to June 2018, where curriculum development for ship maintenance teams was a primary responsibility. Roger Cooke also has a background as Chief Engineer in the US Navy from October 2009 to November 2011. Academic qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
