Marta González Bagà

Lead CRA & Project Manager at Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO)

Marta González Bagà has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and research field. Marta is currently working at the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO) as the Lead CRA & Project Manager since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at the same institute as a Clinical Research Associate from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they managed Phase I & II trials, performed site initiation visits and monitoring visits, ensured regulatory compliance, and participated in international teleconferences. Marta González Bagà has a strong educational background in the field of biomedical sciences and pharmaceutical industry. Marta holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Universitat de Barcelona, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. In 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Superior Technician program in Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory from Ramón y Cajal. Marta also completed a Master's degree in Clinical Trial Monitoring at ESAME - Universitat de Barcelona from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they attended the VHIO and completed a Clinical Trials in Oncology course. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2013, and DELF A2 from the Ministère chargé de l'Éducation nationale in 2007.
