Kate DeWitt has over 28 years of diverse financial and operational experience in both private and public technology industries, with the last 15 years dedicated to Valley Communications, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Kate is responsible for all accounting and treasury functions including cash and asset management, lines of credit, debt and equity financing, reporting, and aggressive tax strategies. With an operations focus, Kate puts an emphasis on management development and strategic planning.
