Nancy Glaubke

Nancy Glaubke started their work experience in 1995 as the CEO of Valley County Health System. Nancy later became a Business Development Coordinator at Valley County Economic Development in 2004. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Administrator at Platte County Memorial Nursing Home and as a Nursing Home Administrator at Parkside Manor. Following this, they joined PeaceHealth as the Director of HIM - Document Management from 2011 to 2013. Nancy then worked at Cerner Corporation RevWorks from 2013 to 2015, first as a Regional Director HIM Adventist Health and then as the Corporate HIM Director Adventist Health West. Currently, Nancy is the CEO of Valley County Health System.

Nancy Glaubke obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Medical Record Administration from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, from 1977 to 1979. Nancy then attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1975 to 1977. Nancy later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Portland State University, which they completed from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their educational background, Nancy also holds certifications as a Nursing Home Administrator from both the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, and the State of Wyoming Board of NH Administrators. Nancy also obtained an RHIA certification from AHIMA.
