Cuhrcp Courtnay Lynch

Courtnay Lynch has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Courtnay started as an HR Specialist at Orange County's Credit Union in 1990 and worked there until 2004. Courtnay then joined Wescom Credit Union as an HR Administrator from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Xceed Financial CU from 2009 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Manager at Credit Union of Southern California, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Valley First Credit Union. Additionally, Lynch has been an active volunteer and foster at Leashes of Love Rescue since 2013, helping to find deserving animals forever homes.

Courtnay Lynch, CUHRCP, obtained a Certificate in Credit Union Management from Western CUNA Management School from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1986 to 1998 and pursued General Studies without earning a specific degree. Moreover, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 1988 to 1991.
