Tom Kluge has worked in the healthcare industry for several years. From 1989 to 2016, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sentara Halifax Regional Health System. In 2016, they joined Valley Health, where they initially served as the President of West Region Hospitals until March 2021. Tom then took on the role of Senior Vice President - Critical Access Hospitals, which they continue to hold.
