Jonathan Deal

Jonathan Deal, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Valley Metro RPTA since August 2023, focusing on consulting with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop engaging learning solutions. Previously, Jonathan was a Program Manager at Actalent from November 2021 to July 2023, where leadership development programs were implemented for a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Jonathan's career also includes significant experience as a Training Specialist and Corporate Trainer at Aerotek, where responsibilities included designing onboarding processes and training initiatives. Academically, Jonathan holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, with a focus in Economics and a Certificate in Marketing.
