Farzin Tayefeh M.D.

Farzin Tayefeh MD currently serves as Vice Chair and Attending Anesthesiologist at Valley Presbyterian Hospital since 2015. Previous experience includes positions as an Attending Anesthesiologist at SHARP Coronado Hospital and Healthcare Center from 2010 to 2014, and at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center from 2003 to 2010. Farzin Tayefeh also held a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at UCSF Health in the Departments of Radiology and Anesthesiology from 1995 to 1998, and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship focusing on clinical research trials at the University of Vienna from 1996 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine in Anesthesiology from UCLA (2000-2003) and a Doctor of Medicine from Shahid Beheshti University (1983-1990).
