Susie Li

Susie Li has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Susie started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Tvia, where they collaborated with the financial department and managed supply chain logistics. Susie worked in that role until 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Susie worked as a Business Operations Manager at BAYCREST INTERNATIONAL, INC, overseeing sales and logistics orders. Susie then joined the City of San José in 2015 as part of the Silicon Valley Energy Watch team, where they managed Prop 39 energy upgrades at school districts and analyzed energy data for efficiency retrofit opportunities. In 2015, Susie also volunteered at GRID Alternatives. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Project Manager at Breeze Design Builder, LLC, specializing in residential and commercial construction projects. Currently, Susie works as a Project Buyer at Valley Services Electronics (VSE), a position they started in 2023.

Susie Li earned their Master of Science degree in Energy Engineering in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University. Susie graduated with distinction in 2015. In September 2014, they also obtained the LEED AP BD+C certification from USGBC National Capital Region.
