Daniel Barrow

Daniel Barrow currently serves as the Head of Engineering Delivery at Valocity, where leadership of multiple engineering teams across Australia and New Zealand is key to delivering world-class solutions. Previously, Daniel held the role of Development Manager at Conqa Construction Software, focusing on driving value delivery and continuous improvement through performance observation and retrospective analysis using the SPACE framework. Other notable positions include Head of Quality at The Watchful Tester and Co-Founder & Podcaster of Super Testing Bros, aimed at the testing community. Daniel has extensive experience in quality assurance, having worked as a Senior QA Analyst and QA Coach at Pushpay and as a Senior QA at Ubiquity New Zealand, where Daniel made significant improvements to quality practices. Early career experience includes a QA role at Aderant, where Daniel was recognized as a natural leader. Daniel's educational background includes a Diploma in Computer Game Development and a degree in Software & Game Development from Sheffield Hallam University.
