Charles Wong

Charles Wong currently serves as a Product Manager at Valon, a tech-enabled residential mortgage servicer, since July 2023. Prior to Valon, Charles held the position of Product Manager at Up&Up, a fintech company, from December 2021 to August 2023. Charles also contributed to operations at Level, a Series A start-up focused on simplifying payment processes, from March 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Charles worked as a Farm Development Manager at AeroFarms, specializing in licensed farm opportunities globally, and as a Senior Operations Manager at Uber, where operations included establishing restaurant quality systems and managing delivery partner incentives. Charles received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, graduating in 2016, and attended St. George's School from 2002 to 2012.
