Frances Olaveson

Frances Olaveson has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2010, they worked as a Temporary House Manager at Laura's House. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Certified Credit and Housing Counselor at the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Francisco. Starting in 2014, they became the Quality Improvement and Compliance Coordinator at the same organization. In 2016, Frances joined First Republic Bank as a Lending Compliance Support Specialist. Frances later transitioned to the role of Operational Risk Analyst in 2017 and then Senior Internal Control Analyst in 2019. Currently, they are working as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Valon since 2022.

Frances Olaveson pursued their education at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Community Studies, with a minor in Physics.
