Lana Brandao

Lana Brandao serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Valor Capital Group since September 2023. Previously, Lana was the CHRO at Saúde iD, where responsibilities included establishing the People area from the ground up and managing a team of 14 in a rapidly growing healthtech startup. At XP Inc. Group, Lana held the role of Partner and Head of People, focusing on HR strategy and governance for both Brazilian and offshore businesses, contributing to the company's IPO in 2019. Earlier experiences include HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where support was provided to the Finance department, and roles at Votorantim Cimentos that encompassed leadership development and talent management. Educational achievements include an MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees in psychology from prominent Brazilian universities.
