Ashley Corn has extensive work experience in the field of performance coaching and mental training. Ashley is currently working as a Performance Coach at SERHANT. and has held the same role at Valor Performance, Inc. In 2009, they founded their own consulting company called Ashley Corn Consulting, where they serve as the Owner/Mental Performance Coach. Their consulting work involves helping athletes, business leaders, and other high performers develop their mindset and cognitive skills to achieve peak performance.
Ashley also has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they have worked as a Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from 2015 to 2016.
Earlier in their career, Ashley worked as a Master Resilience Trainer at DCS, where they taught human performance and resilience skills to U.S. soldiers. Ashley was also a Coach at Running Revolution and served as a Running Coach at Denver South High School.
Before entering the coaching field, Ashley gained experience as a Sales Associate at Runners Roost and as a Member Activities Coordinator/Camp Supervisor at Life Time Fitness.
Ashley Corn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University between the years 2003 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Denver from 2007 to 2009.
