Anya Rodriguez serves as the Legal Director at Valora since October 2018, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles at OMG, where Anya held various positions including Director of the Legal Planning Department and Senior Manager in the Commerce and Legal Planning Departments. Anya's legal journey also includes internships at notable firms such as Dechert LLP and White & Case in the International Arbitration Departments, as well as a law clerk position at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Anya began the legal career with experience as an intern at Pellerano & Herrera in Banking and Corporate departments and as an Assistant Attorney at the Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura. Anya holds a Licenciado en Derecho from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, along with a Diplome Superieur Universitaire and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, focusing on Private International Law and European and International Business Law.
