Michelle Carvajal is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, product management, and account management. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence in the Loyalty & Payments vertical at Valora Digital since January 2024, Michelle supports product management operations and drives project initiatives while conducting customer and financial analyses. Previously, as a Business Development Coordinator at Union Pet from July 2020 to July 2023, Michelle organized brand activation events, managed brand communications, and expanded the supplier portfolio at international fairs. Prior experience includes an internship in the Account & Receivable department at Nestlé, where Michelle managed top-tier client accounts and performed financial analyses. Earlier, Michelle contributed to the Admissions Department at Universidad de Las Américas by organizing events and leading campus tours. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad de Las Américas.
