Paula Garcia has a diverse work experience in the language services industry. Paula began their career as a Project Manager at TRADUCIRE in December 2014 and worked there until August 2015. Paula then joined Win & Winnow Language Services as a Project Manager from September 2015 to March 2017.

Afterward, they transitioned to View Language & Consulting Solutions, where they served as an ES<>EN Translator & QA Specialist from March 2017 to September 2018. Paula then returned to Win & Winnow Language Services, taking on the role of Senior Project Manager from September 2018 to February 2020. Subsequently, they became a Business Development Manager at the same company from February 2020 to March 2021.

In 2021, Paula expanded their career by working as a Project Manager Team Lead at Stillman Translations from March to May. Currently, they hold a position at Valora, where they have been a Localization Program Manager since June 2021. Additionally, they recently took on the role of Internationalization Manager, which they currently hold.

Paula Garcia attended the Universidad Nacional de La Plata from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Sworn English Translation. Paula'sfield of study focused on Language Interpretation and Translation. Additionally, Paula earned certifications in Product Management Foundations from Reforge in August 2022 and Code Foundations from Codecademy in March 2021.
