Paulo has held multiple Independent Advisory positions at notable firms including Grupo Bertolini, Brametal S/A, and Grupo Leonora. Previously, Paulo was CEO of Soprano, where significant strategic improvements and organizational restructuring were achieved, enhancing market positioning and governance. An Executive Director at Todeschini S.A., Paulo focused on brand repositioning and expanding export channels.
