Deir Silva

Deir Silva is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the agribusiness sector, currently serving as the CEO of Valoriza Agronegócios since February 2021, where leadership focuses on operational excellence in fertilizers, seedlings, and input distribution. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Valoriza Agronegócios and various managerial positions at Bayer Crop Science, overseeing business management in coffee, specialty coffees, and cereals across multiple regions in Brazil. Deir Silva began a career in agriculture as a co-owner of Estufas 3 Irmãos and has built a solid educational background with a degree in Zootecnista from Universidade de Marília.
