Lance Lape, MHA, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Valparaiso University, instructing Health Care Leadership Strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Practice Manager at Franciscan Physician Network, where Lance successfully integrated Otolaryngology and Audiology practices, optimized clinic workflows, and developed a COVID support clinic. At DaVita Medical Group, Lance increased patient census and achieved significant clinical improvements. Additionally, Lance has served on the school board for Sunnybrook School District 171 and held various educational and operational roles in high school districts. A former police officer and paramedic for the Village of Lansing, Lance also has a military background as a flight engineer in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's in Law Enforcement Management, alongside a certificate from Northwestern University.
