Ajay Karan

Ajay Karan has a diverse work experience in the field of production and engineering. Ajay worked as a Production and Engineering Manager at PGH Bricks & Pavers starting from August 2017. Ajay then transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager in September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Maintenance Coordinator at CSR Gyprock from January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance activities and ensuring the safe operation of process equipment. Before CSR Gyprock, Ajay worked at VALSPAR CORP, where they held the position of Maintenance Engineer since March 2003. In this role, they managed a maintenance crew, performed maintenance and repair tasks on plant equipment, and supervised contractors.

Ajay Karan completed their education with a Masters in Maintenance Management from Monash University, from the years 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, from 2005 to 2008.
