Eliana Camacho

Eliana Camacho has a diversified work experience spanning over 15 years. Eliana started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Analyst at a law firm, where they gained valuable insights into HR processes. In 2013, they joined Graion as an HR & CSR Manager, responsible for developing selection strategies and conducting interviews. Eliana'snext role at Valtech as a Human Capital Manager allowed their to further strengthen their HR skills. In 2020, Eliana transitioned to the role of People & Culture Manager at Valtech, where they oversaw HR operations in Latin America. Recently, they were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, leading the People & Culture department and supervising talent acquisition in the region. Eliana's expertise lies in developing HR strategies and policies, providing advice to senior management, and managing recruitment processes.

Eliana Camacho's education history includes a Degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, completed from 2004 to 2012. Eliana also pursued a Postgraduate in Human Resources Management from UADE Business School in 2016. In 2019, Eliana completed an Executive Program in Employer Branding from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, with a focus on Human Resources. Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Diagnostic Evaluation from the Asociación Argentina de Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach (AAPRO) in 2013-2014. Eliana also acquired knowledge and skills in event management and organization through a Professional Event Organizer program at COE - Centro de Organizadores de Eventos, completed from 2008 to 2009. In 2021, they attended Locht Academy to acquire the HR Agile Practitioner certification.
