Jiotta Konstantinou

Jiotta Konstantinou is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and consulting. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Middle Europe at Valtech since March 2019, Jiotta has also held roles as a People & Culture Consultant as well as a Learning & Development Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Officer at Sweco Nederland from January 2011 to January 2019, and completing a graduation assignment focused on HR analytics at Xerox (The Netherlands) B.V. in 2009. Earlier roles include working as a Verzuimconsulent at Remaz, where support and advice were provided for employee reintegration, and as a Human Resources Intern at Xerox, gaining experience in various HR functions. Jiotta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, obtained in 2010.
