Kathleen Lauber

Kathleen Lauber has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kathleen is currently working at VALUE AG as Head of Valuation since March 2023. Prior to this, they were Team Lead Business Support - Valuation at VALUE AG from July 2022 to March 2023. Kathleen also served as Team Lead Project & Account Management at VALUE AG from January 2022 to June 2022. Before joining VALUE AG, Kathleen took a break from their career and focused on relocation and continuous education from March 2020 to December 2021. Prior to the break, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as Team Lead, Contract Management EMEA from December 2017 to February 2020. Kathleen also held the positions of Senior Contract Analyst from November 2016 to December 2017 and Contract Analyst from October 2015 to October 2016 at The Walt Disney Company. Kathleen's earlier work experience includes roles at GE Power Conversion, where they worked as a Commercial Manager from October 2012 to August 2013 and as a Project Controller from January 2008 to September 2012.

Kathleen Lauber graduated in 2008 with a degree in Business Law from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Kathleen has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they became a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. In 2021, they completed the "Coaching and Developing Employees" certification through LinkedIn, as well as the "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Leaders and Managers" certification, also through LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2022, Kathleen obtained the "Mental Health First Aider" certification from MHFA Ersthelfer.
