Prema Charles

Prema Charles is an accomplished QA Manager with extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing. Currently at Value Global, LLC since February 2014, Prema has a strong background in ensuring product quality throughout the project lifecycle, demonstrated through roles at PayPal as a Software Engineer 3 Quality and at Covansys. Proficient in both manual and automated testing, expertise includes test planning, defect reporting, and automation using tools like Selenium and SilkTest. Prema is skilled in API and web service testing, with a solid foundation in AGILE Scrum methodology, and has contributed significantly to metrics reporting and training new hires. Prema holds a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from D.G. Vaishnav College.
