Values into Action
Nichole Tucker Carter is currently serving as a Community Support Facilitator at Values into Action since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nichole worked as a Team Supervisor at JCHAI from October 2021 to August 2023. Nichole is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource at Strayer University, expected to be completed in September 2025.

Building Targeted, Inspired Partnerships What Values into Action does as an organization looks different for each person; our work varies according to the person’s needs. Our vision is that every citizen realizes their full civil rights and contributes to their communities in meaningful ways. Our mission is to help each person build and/or sustain a system of personal support. Currently, the scope of services provided include: •Deciding where to live, and who to live with •Being part of the community at large - working, recreating and contributing •Having freely chosen, stable and loving relationships outside of the service system
