Chelsey Pears

Chelsey Pears is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in administrative support, management, and customer service. Currently employed as an Operations Associate and Assistant to the General Partner at ValueStream Ventures since July 2021, Chelsey previously held the position of Chief Executive Assistant at Squared Away from June 2021 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Front Desk Receptionist at Raise The Bar Health and Fitness and Jewelry Consultant at Zale Jewelers. Chelsey also served as a Temporary Legal Assistant at Crowell & Moring LLP, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling and client correspondence.
