Francesca Montali Woolaston

Francesca joined VALUEworks in 2014 as a lawyer and compliance officer. Today she is in charge of Human Resources, both internally and for the clients whom she assists with staffing and legal matters for their family holdings and single family offices.

After acquiring her Masters of Law from the University of Basel, Switzerland, Francesca spent most of her career at Goldman Sachs in Zurich and London. She brings to VALUEworks her vast experience in conflict resolution, risk management, employee relations and compliance.
