Alexey Stiop

Alexey Stiop is a highly experienced technical manager currently serving as the Technical Manager for Driveline in the EMEA region at Valvoline Global Operations since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alexey worked at Valvoline Inc. for over 13 years in various capacities, including Regional Technical Manager for LATAM and MEA, and Global Field Test Manager, where responsibilities included technical support, field testing of products, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Alexey also held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at D-A Lubricant Company and has a robust background in research and analytical chemistry from roles at Atotech Group, Grand Valley State University, Great Lakes Environmental Laboratories, and Encotec. Alexey holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.
