Chad Allen

Chad Allen has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Chad started their career in 2009 as a Regional Sales Manager at NAPA AUTO PARTS and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Chad was a Sales Manager at Genuine Parts Company. Chad then joined NAPA Filtration/Mann-Hummel Filtration Technology as a Regional Sales Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they moved to NAPA AUTO PARTS again, this time as a Regional Sales Manager and later as a Commercial Sales Manager. Chad joined Valvoline Inc. in 2020 as a Regional Business Manager and continued in the same role when they transitioned to Valvoline Global Operations in 2023.

Chad Allen attended Pittsburg State University from 1990 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Marketing.
