Zikret Hadzic is an accomplished professional with significant expertise in operations, supply chain management, and interim staffing within the energy and industrial sectors. As the Founder of Betalogik since 2024, Zikret has focused on providing expert interim staffing and consulting services. Previously, Zikret served as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain for EMEA at Valvoline Inc. from 2018 to 2024, where strategic management and restructuring initiatives were led across multiple regions and facilities. Zikret’s experience includes key roles such as Plant Manager Europe at Valvoline, Maintenance and Engineering Manager at BP Tank Terminal Amsterdam, Asset Management Consultant at Stork, and Consultant at Accenture. Zikret holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering & Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, a Bachelorgraad in Organizational Leadership from Hattinger Büro für Personal- u.
