Angelica Astrid

Angelica Astrid is a dedicated professional with a diverse background encompassing customer success, charity work, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Vamp since February 2022, Angelica is adept at enhancing customer experience and facilitating collaboration between support and sales teams. As the founder of Winkonme Eyelash, Angelica specializes in semi-permanent makeup and has established a strong presence in the beauty industry. Additionally, Angelica operates a small business creating handmade soy-scented candles with crystals and organic flowers through Metanoia. Complementing these roles, Angelica has held various positions in sales and marketing, including Sales and Marketing Specialist at IziRoam and Account Manager at AMG, PT Alternative Media Group. Angelica holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Business Economics from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya, earned between 2006 and 2010.
