Kellie also worked as a Career Services Specialist at ITT Technical Institute, where they developed marketing plans and built relationships with organizations to promote student employment opportunities. Earlier in their career, Kellie was the Human Resources Manager at K&B Engineering, responsible for all aspects of HR and compliance. Kellie started their career as a Human Resource Manager at RCS, where they developed successful recruiting and retention plans. Overall, Kellie Agard brings extensive experience in HR management, recruitment, training, and compliance to any organization they work with.
Kellie Agard, PHR holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. Kellie also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Behavioral Sciences from Riverside City College. In addition, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of California, Riverside. Kellie has further certifications including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from the HRCI, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
