Laura Deferm

Laura Deferm is currently a Trainee in Audit & Accountancy at Van Havermaet since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Employee at DreamLand from June 2020 to September 2023 and working as a Transfer Pricing Consultant for a six-week internship at EY in July 2022. Laura contributed as an Alumni Contact in the Solvay Mentoring Program from July 2022 to June 2023, while also tutoring first-year business engineering students in Microeconomics, Statistics, and Introduction to Accounting through Solvay Tutoring from October 2020 to June 2022. Additional involvement includes a role as a Student Consultant for a market study with Cordeel Group NV and serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in Physics at Solvay Brussels School. Laura holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School, with further studies at HEC Montréal, Hanken School of Economics, and QTEM. Laura completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School and holds a High School Diploma in Science & Mathematics.
