Roos Dahmen

Roos Dahmen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and financial services. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Data Management at Van Lanschot Kempen since August 2023, Dahmen previously held key positions at Aegon Nederland as Director of Financial Services and IT Lead Finance Nederland, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, as well as IT for Accounting & Reporting. With a career spanning over two decades, Dahmen has also worked at NN, Delta Lloyd, Rabobank Nederland, and several other organizations in roles including Program Manager and Project Manager, focusing on financial systems, ICT projects, and change management. Dahmen holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and is certified at Level B for program management from IPMA.
