Mike Wincek

Mike Wincek serves as the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, where responsibilities include securing funding options, facilitating the annual budget process, and managing ESG impact analyses for over 50 locations. Prior to this, Mike worked at MUFG as an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets team, contributing as a bookrunner and mentoring new hires. Mike also held positions at AllianceBernstein, focusing on derivatives management, and completed internships at Fox Hall Investments and Wells Fargo Advisors. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College and is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover.
